By accessing or using AnchorIT’s services, website, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all customers, users, and parties who purchase, access, or receive services from AnchorIT. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications made to these terms.

Services Provided

AnchorIT provides website hosting, maintenance, updates, SEO monitoring, analytics reporting, and related digital services.

Billing and Subscriptions

All AnchorIT plans are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Service will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and no additional charges will be applied after cancellation.

Services provided are based on the plan selected by the customer. Features, limits, and included services may vary depending on the subscription level.

Website Updates and Changes

Website updates included with AnchorIT plans are intended for reasonable content changes, such as updating text, images, business hours, pricing, contact information, and similar website content.

Major redesigns, new website features, custom software development, significant layout changes, or other extensive modifications may require a separate quote and approval before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information needed to provide services. Customers must also maintain ownership of and have appropriate rights to any content, materials, images, logos, trademarks, text, or other information provided to AnchorIT.

AnchorIT is not responsible for claims, damages, or legal issues resulting from content supplied by the customer.

Service Availability

AnchorIT strives to provide reliable and secure services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages, maintenance periods, or service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or factors outside of our control.

Suspension and Termination

AnchorIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid accounts, abuse or misuse of services, violations of these terms, or activities that may negatively impact our systems or other customers.

Changes to These Terms

AnchorIT may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

No Guarantee of Results

AnchorIT provides website development, hosting, maintenance, SEO monitoring, analytics reporting, and related digital services. While we make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services and follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased website traffic, search engine rankings, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or business growth.

Search engine rankings, online visibility, website performance, and other digital marketing results may be affected by factors outside of AnchorIT’s control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, customer actions, third-party platforms, and changes to online services.

Any examples, estimates, projections, or discussions regarding potential results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered guarantees of future performance.

Third-Party Services

AnchorIT may utilize third-party services and platforms to provide certain aspects of our services, including but not limited to website hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, payment processors, security tools, and other software providers.

AnchorIT is not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, pricing changes, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. Customers agree that their use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnchorIT and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to website hosting, maintenance, updates, SEO monitoring, analytics reporting, website changes, or third-party services.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable and secure services, we do not guarantee that websites, hosting services, software, integrations, search engine rankings, third-party platforms, or other services will operate without interruption, errors, security issues, or loss of data.

AnchorIT is not responsible for damages, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to hosting provider outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, software updates, internet failures, domain issues, search engine algorithm changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate information, providing necessary access and approvals, and maintaining appropriate backups of their own content and data unless otherwise specifically included in their service agreement.

In no event shall AnchorIT’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer to AnchorIT for services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
